Turn This Mutha Out – Idris Muhammad

First LP remaster release of the jazz-funk album classic "Turn This Mutha Out" (1977) by drummer and percussionist Idris Muhammad, who has worked with Fats Domino, Curtis Mayfield, Jerry Butler and Sam Cooke, for example. Produced by David Matthews, the album comes in his distinctive disco-jazz-funk sound and contains the classic "Could Heaven Ever Be Like This", which was sampled by Jamiroquai and Drake, among others.
